Its token-aware traffic engineering (GPU resource optimization, outage-based failover) is more mature than our fallback and retry logic, and its guardrails are inline and FINOS-aligned. It enforces budgets and rate limits in the request path, the same as we do. What that maturity buys is control of the traffic. What we could not find it producing is the record of control — who approved an exception, when it expired, and cryptographic proof of each call. That record is the product we build.
